My spotting actually disappeared for a good 8 hours last night, but resumed this morning. Still very light, still brown/red. My periods usually start with PMS, back pain, and cramps. My flow always begins medium/heavy and then tapers off after a few days. I have no PMS, back pain, or cramps.
