Hp omen optimizer keeps popping up

HP Omen Optimizer is terrible. Rant. It made my computer worse in every imaginable way how do I nuke it from my computer. Every time I force the program to stop it pops back up and asks me if I want to allow it to make changes to my computer. Every time I click no it pops up again. Please help I'm going insane.
