5/16/2023. I have been billed $140 and $208 by Delta Dental Dentists under my Delta Dental PPO plan that says in-network Delta will pay 100% for cleaning and annual exam. 11/19/2023. I wish I could rate a Minus 5 Star. This company is completely useless! I had Metlife Dental Federal Insurance as a secondary policy for my wife and I. My premiums for the year came to $1,010.40, that is $84.20 a month through my FAA Retirement. Metlife paid a total for the year to my dentist of $283.80.The Provider Relations Department will attempt to contact the dentist within 72 hours of receiving the referral.
