Duckstation armored core 1 controllet not working

Hi. I just started using Duckstation as after updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, all ePSXe ISO's are locked to 30FPS. I have a bunch of cheats in ePSXe and not all the cheats are in Duckstation, like G-Darius (J). How do I import the cheats (in text files eg: SCES_000.07.txt) into Duckstation as I can't play without cheats? Please asssist.
