Hello! The Cragheart took a bit to "get", but is incredibly versatile. I've played three so far in two campaigns. What made my day was a decent guide to a ranged build. Google it, as I've not bookmarked the thread. Focus on the ranged cards, and make armored threats your priority. My wife went a route that made it so that the Cragheart wasn’t adjacent to monsters a lot, so playing the ‘standard’ single-target high damage melee Scoundrel was often difficult.
