Stuff you see Omni Man doing in general close quarters combat is about equivalent to what you see the main DB cast doing by early-mid Dragonball, let alone Saiyan Saga Z. Brute strength is probably an edge to the Viltrumites, but striking power probably edges to the DB cast due to being to amplify their physical attacks with their Ki.
