And fill rad with the cap off and start quad and keep adding coolant when she starts getting low . The tstat will open and take some coolant and if you want you can squeeze the rad hoses to chase out air bubbles.The spec says "SAE 80 API GL-4 Hypoid gear oil". I use Valvoline Full Syn 75w90 and never had a problem with either my diff or final drive. As for changing, just drain from the lower plug and fill from the upper plug until some oil starts to run out. Cap it off and ride.
