The Anking deck should be used in supplement with the sketchy videos (i.e. watch a video, do the associated cards, repeat). In addition, the anki decks are essentially most of FA in card form. Read a section 3.1 in pathoma -> do section 3.1 in deck. Watch sketchy on Strep pneumo tournament, do that tag in the deck. After your first time seeing a card, everything's random anyways. some of the groupings are ok imo. you associate enough w/ sketchy image, can probably answer. Pepper is superior for bugs I think. Zanki as well for drugs (and Pepper pharm to supplement). Adding: Torky is good, but a little inconsistent and not as well done, compared to Pepper (in my opinion).
