I own a March 50X 30mm with 3/32nd dot, it's mounted on one of my RFBR competition rifles. Great scope, with excellent tracking. Two other RFBR competition shooters at my club, also use the March 50X scope. The Kelbly rings you referenced above are what I use and they are nice.I have 2 project guns on my bench, an 80 & 81. Neither of the bolts will close all the way for the same reason: the ejector and extractor won't align correctly. They are both hitting the breech face BELOW their slots in the barrel. The e & e look OK, a little worn, not damaged nor misshaped.
