I started with 49 slayer from Turael boosting for a rune pouch, and got my first task frim Konar. 150 Fire Giants, which took me around 5 hours to complete with mostly full concentration. There are no fire giant locations that are both multicombat and allow cannons. If you want multicombat, go to the Catacombs of Kourend. Kourend is the only mutlicombat one I know of.
