Litter Robot owner here -- Have had two litter robots and I think a recent batch of circuits is faulty. First one had no trouble with DFI for years; second one I bought refurbished and DFI went in 2 months. I replaced the DFI on first one, that lasted only 2 months. If Whisker does not get on top of this, they will lose their audience.The DFI costed a lot. It was replaced a bout 18 months ago and now is completely dead which also caused the whole machine to break down because it's not a complete circuit now. I'm already thinking to try other brands out because of this. It's cost and a lot of hassle to replace parts every year. Especially parts like the DFI are costly..
