Using the app, the LitterRobot integration, and a WyzeCam I have been getting several CSI events occurring during a CCP (when it’s cleaning), causing the LR to halt and freeze in a “stuck” position. I have to power cycle the LR to get it to restart the CCP.It's important to deep clean your Litter-Robot every 3-6 months. Over time, small clumps can accumulate within the internal pocket of the Globe which can contribute to weight-related errors. Cleaning or soaking the Globe thoroughly every 3-6 months will help prevent any excess weight from accumulating within the globe.Issues with Litter Robot 4 immediately.
