I like chess.com but their server is crap. Lichess has a better, cleaner more user friendly layout and I’ve never had any issues with their servers, so for this reason I use lichess. As far as the difference in numerical ranking goes: just pay attention to percentile, it gives you a better idea of where you’re at.. Printable mario question mark
