These are available at Tractor Supply. Installing one of these will help end the grass clogs at the outer shoe. It's much easier and simpler to change or replace a section using the bolts. Don't worry about a Pitman arm. 350's don't have one. They use a belt driven "wobble box" to get the reciprocating motion.
