So I'm about to start the Ultimate Push Pull Legs System 4x a week. I also am planning on going on hikes on Saturdays. The workout has push, pull, leg days, and then a full body workout is supposed to come after them. I'm thinking I shouldn't schedule workouts on the same day as the hikes..
