People over estimate how many shards you go through with armor. It's up to you if you want to corrupt the bow, I think someone did an analysis that the average pet hunt there is almost worth corrupting it for. Killing zulrah with bowfa is super chill once you get the hang of it. The only upkeep of bowfa is the degrading armor. Dude corrupting it requires 2000 crystal shards. That's 32m gp and for 32m gp in shards you'd otherwise get 200k shots with the uncorrupted bofa. It's not like regular bofa doesn't require anything to use.
