Heavy armour needs stam regen food like set feast and herbal tea. And I for one can't stand using heavy without godbreaker leggings as they increase stam regen as well. But as the battle system is all about stamina, light certainly has its points and medium is a good compromise. Dmg resistance is 60% w light, 70% med and 80% heavy.. Feet gifs
