Yes, you can. You can cancel it back out literally right after you buy it and there are no time limits or penalties. You can cancel your sub at any time with no penalty. Any time already paid for will still be counted as active sub time. Say you buy a 30 day sub, then immediatly cancel it, you will still be counted as a sub for the next 30 days.
